Is boat storage covered or indoor?
Our boat storage is secure outdoor parking on a fenced, gated and lit lot — not covered or enclosed. If your hull needs to be under a roof, a good cover and a spot on our lot is a far cheaper answer than indoor rates, and you keep the wide-aisle access and 24-hour gate.
Can I get to my boat at 5am?
Yes — tenants have 24-hour gate access, seven days a week, holidays included.
Do I need insurance on a stored boat?
Your boat should stay covered under your own marine or homeowner's policy while it's in storage — check with your agent.
